Returns & Refunds policy

At Siabhi, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of the BOXLIFT fitness wardrobe (large, installation-based product), we do not accept general returns once the product has been delivered and installed.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during delivery

  • Manufacturing defect identified at the time of installation

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos.

Refunds

  • If a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days after verification.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.

  • Once dispatched or installed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Installation & Custom Orders

Products that are installed, customized, or used are non-refundable and non-returnable.
